Workgenic is a system or headmate origin that is directly related to a job. A workgenic system could be caused by workplace trauma or stress; forced labor; headmates forming to perform a system's day job; headmates forming to assist with work; or any other cause directly related to an occupation.

This term is not related to System Roles, which are often referred to as jobs, but rather referring to occupations performed in the outer world.

Related Terms

Workbased is for when a system or headmate was not formed directly because of a job, but a job had an influence on their creation.

Some workgenic systems could be considered traumagenic or stressgenic as well.
